Ever make or try a single hop Saphir? I found this hop aroma spider chart in a pdf from a German Hop website

Of the 16 German varieties they tested in this study(see the pdf file), the Saphir has by far the highest scores for Fruity and Flowery in the Hop Aroma Smell charts. In this study they actually brew up 16 identical beers, and do some serious analytical tests.

I made an APA with them a couple of years ago, I don't have the exact recipe, but it was Pilsner, Carapils, and some wheat, with saphir additions at 60, 15, and 0. Turned out really well, kinda like a cross between a german pils and a stand c-hop heavy apa.
