I cleaned and sanitized my bottles a few days ago in preparation for bottling. The beer wasn't ready to be bottled. They are all still on the drying rack. How long will they be OK until I need to re-sanitize them again?

I wouldn't take any chances. It's probably just as easy to re dip them in sanitizer the day of. For me sanitizing bottles takes 5 minutes.

My general rule is: when in doubt, sanitize again.

If your going to sanitize ahead of time, cover the openings of the bottles with small sanitized squares of aluminum foil.

2nd - I did this when i used to bake my bottles to sanitize them.
