I opened a bottle of my pale ale a couple weeks ago and the neck/lip area shattered on me. It was a Sam Adams bottle that I bought around the time this thread got started. I don't know if it was an affected bottle (hadn't seen this thread, didn't check my bottles) or if it was just my massive strength. 
Anybody ever have this happen? Could I have weakened the bottle while capping with my wing capper?
Guess I'll be checking all my bottles for the next hour if anybody needs me.
