Hey guys, need some advice about hopping this rye ipa I'm brewing tomorrow morning. Im using the grain bill for the Bee Cave Rye IPA, which sounds delicious, but wanted to try mosaic and was finally able to get Amarillo at my lhbs. I also have .5oz mt. Hood, 1 oz. chinook, and 1 oz of citra in the freezer I need to use, so this is what i came up with. Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I've never used citra or mosaic. Should I use the citra later? Add a full oz of chinook at 30 rather than .5 oz at 60? Any hops that won't play well? Should I use more hops at flameout/hop stand? Thanks in advance!
