Looks like a sexy build. A lot of Amarillo in there, which is fine, but you can save a few bucks (since it seems Amarillo is over 3 bucks now) and put some Belma in there instead. It will fit the same flavor profile, the AAs are about 1 percent lower, but ultimately is a good substitute for citrus forward hops and really puts Cascade and Citra to shame in some ways. But... am I to be trusted... I am INSANE!!!
 
Simcoe is also a delightful option as well. I'm still up to bat for Belma, but I know it is not always available at a local brewshop, so Simcoe is probably just as good. It is a bit more earthy, but if that is a-ok with you then more power to it. Belma, to me, is a better substitute, but I don't see an issue with Simcoe (though it is a bit higher AA wise)
 
More beer has 1 lb bags of hops on sale. Columbus, millennium, and cascade and a bunch more are super cheap. I might jump on that
