Well, my grill got crushed by a tree so this had a free sign on it on the side of route 1

Besides that I've found it grills pretty decent but smoking is another story.

I'm currently trying to get to get hang of it with nothing inside, besides a water pan, but I can't get the temp to come up to 225 easily at all. It's currently sticking pretty strong to 188-185 but I can't get it to come up any higher and stay there.

I put a full chimney of red hot charcoal, the intake flap is wide open, and the exhaust about 1/4 open. This afternoon I also put some high temp smoker gasket along the main lid and smoker box lid and door and it's sealing up pretty good besides these big gaps in the rear corners of the main chamber.

Not sure what's happening, any suggestions?
