I've been cruising the net for about six months looking into home brewing. And I finally decided to get off my arse and bought a basic kit today with plans to start on Sunday (Unfortunately, there is that pesky little thing called work which interferes with my fun most of the time). We moved here after spending five years in Bavaria (courtesy of the US military) and I became quite the aficionado while living in Germany. Now, I am trying my own hand at it.
I'm an anthropologist, and we have a saying: If you can't trust the water, drink the beer.
