Ok .....so I force carbonated my first corny keg tonight. I know I got some beer in my gas line. I know this because when I got everything hooked back up and reduced my pressure to 10, beer shot out of the little hole on the regulator. Every time I would turn it up and down again, it would leak foam. I finally got it all out and now with the gas set at 10 psi, no beer will come out whatsoever. I am afraid I have ruined the regulator. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a lethal combination of a regulator without a working check valve and a keg filled above the gas dip tube.

Your best bet would be to immediately tear down the regulator, carefully clean all the parts, then reassemble it...
