Hello everyone,
I have been visiting this forum for a couple of months and love the advice, recipes and DIY projects.
I travel for my job and I had a India Brown Ale at Red Rock Brewery in Utah and I loved it. Here is their brief description:

"A classic American style IPA with black malts. A new twist on a classic version.
Unfiltered, medium body and dry-hopped with a large amount of Cascade hops."
I emailed the brewery and asked if they could/would provide a all grain home brew recipe or at least some guidelines and no joy.
I have never created my own recipe from scratch and I could find anything on the forum after 2 days of searching. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
