I know that what I am asking for is kind of a conundrum but I was just wondering if I can get 12% or more out an early mead. I have done several meads but the wait is painful you know? I would like to be able to get something fairly strong yet retain that lively characteristic that young meads often have. And commentary is more than appreciated.
