Just looking for some feedback on this recipe I am going to brew this weekend. My first single hop brew. TIA

12 lb 2-row
1 lb caramel 40

1.75 oz Amarillo 60min
1.25 oz Amarillo 5 min
1 oz Amarillo Dry hop 5-7 days

1 oz SafeAle 05

Fairly boring grain bill. It's going to be thin without a lot of body to it. I'd suggest adding a little victory malt or maybe some vienna and/or munich malt for a little biscuit, bread flavor to it and balance out those hops levels.

Thank you for the suggestion. If I add some Vienna/Munich, how much should I go with? Would 1 lb be enough?
