If you like Summit, go for it! But 3% Optic? It's not that different from Halcyon, so I can't really see the point of it? Other than that, looks good. I'd keep the mash temp low to keep it from getting too malty.
 
And you're missing 3% of your grain bill? BTW, what's the OG? All those hops need some back-up, or it might be a tad bitter.
 
OG is 1063

IBU's are 55

Percentages are rounded on the web page, Brew Toad, that I use. That is why they add up to a strange amount.

I was thinking more conceptually regarding the recipe critique e.g. American Hops with UK malts and an American yeast, 1272. I really like UK malts for their flavor. And yeah, i was wondering about the combo of Summit and Columbus. I'm going for a garlic and onion, dank vibe.
