Hi,
Please could someone cast their eye over this recipe for me please, it's my first attempt at a complex grain bill. Am I going over the top with the different malts?
I want to make characterful amber ale with a hoppy finish:
Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 22.50 l
Boil Size: 14.37 l
Boil Time: 60 min
End of Boil Vol: 12.48 l
Final Bottling Vol: 22.90 l
Fermentation: Ale, Single Stage
