I feel like BM! I'm trying to take a clone recipe for St. Arnolds Amber (in my recipe drop down) and shrink it.
After messing around a bit I came up with this based on ingredients I'll soon have on hand.
Beer Style:American Amber Ale
Type:All grain
Size:5.5 gallons
Color:6 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness:23 IBU
OG:1.038 FG:1.011
Alcohol:3.4% v/v (2.7% w/w)
Grain:6 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. German Munich
0.25 oz. American chocolate
Mash:70% efficiency
Hops:0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 10 min.)
So, what do you think?
Thanks guys
