Looking for constructive criticism on this recipe.
I have never used Vienna before and thought it would be an interesting one.
8.0 oz Rice Hulls
7 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US 50.9 %
5 lbs Vienna Malt 36.4 %
12.0 oz Caramel Crystal Malt - 40L ( 40.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Citra [12.00 %] - Boil 45.0 min
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 15.0 min
0.50 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 mins)
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min
8.0 oz Light Dry Extract [Boil for 10 min]
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 0.0 min
1.0 pkg English Ale (White Labs #WLP002)
1.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 5.0 Days
Mash at 155°
