I looked at a bunch of recipes for a cream ale in my first attempts at a 1 gallon batch
here is the 5 gallon recipe I cobbled together

8 lbs 2 row pale malt
.5 lbs biscuit malt
.75 lbs honey malt
1lb flaked corn
1 oz cluster @ 60
.5 oz cluster @ 10
Safale US-05

mash at 152 deg 60 minutes
batch sparge at 165 deg for 20 minutes

conversion to 1 gallon batch

1 lb 12 ozs 2 row pale malt
2 ozs biscuit malt
3 ozs honey malt
3.5 ozs flaked corn
6 grams cluster @ 60 minutes
3 grams cluster @ 10 minutes
Safale US-05 (I will be using from a current cake that will have beer racked off it this weekend)

Does this sound ok?
I did round up on most of the ingredients but should still work out to a hopefully tasty brew.
