I am looking to brew an accessible beer for family and friends that I would also like to drink myself. I landed on this Raspberry Honey Tripel idea and would like to give it a shot. Although the ABV will be high, I think people can enjoy it in moderation. Any suggestions or comments?

Batch Size: 10 Gallon

21 lbs Pilsner
2 lbs Munich 10l
1 lb Honey Malt
5 lbs Orange Blossom Honey (15 minutes left in boil)
2 oz Tradition Hops (60min)
2 oz Saaz hops (15 min)
10 lbs Frozen (defrosted) Raspberries to secondary

Single Infusion Mash at 150 for 60min

White Labs #WLP500 Trappist Ale Yeast

Guess it wouldn't be a Raspberry without Raspberries.

Add 10 lbs of defrosted Raspberries to the Secondary.
