I have a batch of what I call RAM or regular ass mead and i was wondering how long I need to let the yeasties do their thing before I racked and bottled it. Oh I dont have a way of checking gravity yet so I have no idea what it is all I know is that it's a 3/4 gallon batch with 2 pounds of honey in it.
