In Germany a radller is often mixed to order in the glass, one part pils or helles and one part lemonade, ginger ale (beer), 7up or seltzer.

I would make it in the glass if I were inclined. Ymmv

I drank a bunch of Radlers in Germany that were pre-mixed in the bottle. But I went to some parties in Spain where people were mixing beer and lemonade on the spot. Not sure about a recipe.

There are a few different radlers on the market here in Canada. I wonder if I can just brew a lager and add a couple of cans of grapefruit concentrate to the keg and rack on top before carbonating

I am very interested in making that will be ready for the summer. I heard that you can make a nice pale ale and then at bottling stage add grapefruit sparkling water or grapefruit soda. Anyone else ever make a raddler? Suggestions?

I make a few bottles of a "Radler-ish" brew from select batches of lighter beers such as hefeweizen, blonde ale, or cream ale by firdt filling beer bottle 1/4 to 1/3 the way up with water from a new water bottle mixed with https://www.mycountrymart.com/shop?product_id=2298526 then topping up with ale from the bottling bucket, cap, condition 2-3 weeks, etc.

It still carbs up and makes a fresh summery drink. Because its sugar free, it does not pose a risk of bottle bombs.

I also do this lemonade or orange flavors as well.
