Question about 1 BBL Fermenter Size

I plan on brewing 1 BBL batches and am looking to use plastic conical fermenters. I like the Ace Roto-Mold inductor tanks with the plastic legs (see below), but they are only sold in 35 or 60 gallon sizes. Obviously, the 35 gallon size is a bit too small to use as a primary fermenter for 30+ gallons of beer. My question is, is the 60 gallon too large or will there be enough of a CO2 barrier built up during fermentation to prevent any oxidation of beer? Thanks in advance.
