Pump and plate chiller fittings

I just purchased the 40 plate chiller as well as the chugger pump and had a few questions on what other fittings I will need to piece it all together. I have a 2 tier system with my HLT on top in which I was using the gravity method to my mashtun which is a rubbermaid cooler. My HLT has a 3\8 fitting but my mashtun and boil kettle are 1\2. I plan on also recirculating the mash so I was thinking I also need a ball valve. Thank you for the help as I have never used a pump or a chiller. I did purchase the blichman quick connects which are 1\2 . The fittings on the chiller and pump are all 1\2.

i dont have a plate chiller, but I got a chugger over the holidays. I bought a crapload of Camlocks from Bargain fittings, and they seem to work well for me.
