I'm a complete novice when it comes to propane plumbing. I want to have a set up exactly like in the picture. Single regulator attached to the propane tank, splitter, needle valves to control propane out to the burners. I'm making a 3-tier brew stand, and I need burners on the top and bottom levels (HLT & BK). Please help me out with where to find these parts. I currently have one hose/15psi regulator/needle valve from a turkey fryer.

I've checked Lowes, HD, and a local hardware store. They carry a regulator with dual hoses, but nothing with valves to control the flow.

Unscrew the hose from the regulator and add in valves?

Or put the valves off the burner to control flow

The hose I have does not have threads coming out of the regulator... so I don't know how to unscrew it or detach it. Would putting the valves by the burners cause them to overheat?
