Probably A Dumb Question.....

I've brewed a couple of batches using One Step in the past, but for tonights brew I used Star San for the first time....

Now its been said to not worry about the foam, but there was ALOT of it in the carboy after i dumped the mix out. Is that ok? Probably 2-3 inches of foam remained after the liquid was removed. Should I leave that foam or should I try and remove most of it?

That's normal. No need to worry. It won't affect the beer at all.
