Well.....speaking hypothetically......
If I were to do my second carbonation in my 12oz (new) bottle....for a lightly carbonated cider......something like strongbow cider for an example.
What amount would you recommend per bottle??
Also....after it starts bubbling in the primary...will it still have enough active yeast for a light carbination in the bottles??? I know my beers have been fine.....BUT....thats beer...and I allowed it to only ferment for two weeks in the primary....
Did I mention that my typing is terrible?
