Just checked on my porter after being in the secondary for 3+ weeks. I now see some white "spores" on the surface of both carboys (10 gal batch) and the airlock is showing activity where there hasnt been any for weeks. Need a picture, or do the signs say it's infected?

Yeast colonies and a slight temp change....maybe. Don't get excited yet. Yeast does some weird things sometimes. Let it finish. Unless it sprouts tentacles or tastes like satan's anus, it could be just fine.

Got my Attention... I thought everyone of my batches had some sort of infection... I Finally come to the conclusion that i'm making this S**t up in my head. Cause i made pretty tasty beers every time.

Now watch my lattest get some weird desease!... :)
