So here's where I'm at. I have the valves, most of the control, still need pumps, two kettles, elements and piping/fittings. Like a King's ransom in fittings, but I want it to be sweet.
I feel I need the CLT because water out of the faucet here is 80+, I can throw ice in it or construct a chiller. Duda has calc'd 25 gal at 55F will chill 10 gallons at 205F in 4 min to 65F.
Before I get any deeper, I'd sure like to hear all input and opinions. I swear I've looked at 250 drawings by others and I can't find two alike, which is why I drew my own. But I couldn't have gotten this far without them.
