Possible Infection, Is this bad?

I brewed a Belgian Wit today, added the yeast about noon, and last checked the beer around 5PM. I went to check it about a 9:30 and it looked like this:

Is this an infection?
 
That looks like krausen. What yeast did you pitch? I had one a couple weeks ago that took off fast. When I find the pic I'll post it.
 
From what I've heard infections don't normally take off that fast. Did you make a starter? I think your just seeing a quick takeoff.

Yes I made a 1 liter starter. I've never really seen that bubble formation in my beers before.
