This is pretty much a just a quick question. I'm planning on brewing an amber ale next month and I'd like to go through my dry yeast supply. By that point I'll have the following three yeast packs left:
S-33
Nottingham
Saflager S-23
US-05
I want to save the US-05 for an IPA. Would the S-33 do well with an amber ale or should I go for the notty? What kind of beer profiles would you recommend for the S-33?
