I've just finished a keg of what started as a Pliney the Elder clone, but I tweeked it to make it my own and it turned out absolutely fantastic. The overall ABV was 10.25% but was still very smooth and floral. I thought I would share this recipe, since everyone that tried it, loved it. I did a side by side with a pliney the elder and mine was slightly darker but I actually liked my version better. This resulted in about 4.75 gallon batch.
