Hello from South Africa. Like many of you we are on lockdown here in South Africa. To add to that sale of alcohol is banned. Consumption at home is allowed.
Only essential services are operating this means that home brew stores are closed.
No brewers yeast! No malt nothing.
Bearing this in mind are there any recipes to get me going. Beer, cider or wine.
I enjoy tinkering so from the vast amount of info on the net I have made fermentation buckets (20 litre and 5 litre), air locks, and canes.
All I need now is an idea of what to put in the buckets.
I have bakers yeast brown sugar and variety of fruit juices that are preservative free but have underdone UHT.
