Please help no idea. Need a drink

Hello from South Africa. Like many of you we are on lockdown here in South Africa. To add to that sale of alcohol is banned. Consumption at home is allowed.
Only essential services are operating this means that home brew stores are closed.
No brewers yeast! No malt nothing.
Bearing this in mind are there any recipes to get me going. Beer, cider or wine.

I enjoy tinkering so from the vast amount of info on the net I have made fermentation buckets (20 litre and 5 litre), air locks, and canes.
All I need now is an idea of what to put in the buckets.
I have bakers yeast brown sugar and variety of fruit juices that are preservative free but have underdone UHT.

Make some good old prison hooch! Fruit juice of your choice, sugar, yeast, bucket, airlock, wait, done, fridge, sediment, rack of the lees, bottle, with or without sugar to carbonate, chill, enjoy.

Squeezed and pressed apple juice.
Bakers yeast. fermented for three days.
Conditioned in 3 x 2L PET with tablespoon of brown sugar.
Tastes ok ice cold. Not so good warm.

Can you buy feed barley? Malt your own, takes about a week. You don't even have to dry and kiln/roast it if you use it right away, although it will taste somewhat "green."
