If I were you I would split up those last 2 hop additions into like 15min-10-5-0. Instead all at 0. But that's just me.

My grain bill is close, but I use aromatic malt in place of your cara pils. I also mash at 147-148. Sounds good to me. I really like the saaz/ centennial combo. Sounds interesting.

Ended up with german pale ale malt and Belgian carapils. Homebrew shop was out of a lot of grain

Looks good. Definitely looks more hop-focused than a blonde would be traditionally.
