Not sure that'll come out with enough roast flavor to really fit as a stout. Consider 300L roasted barley instead of the Carafa I. Also, half an ounce of milk sugar is basically nothing. Did you mean to add half a pound?
 
Good catch. I meant half a pound of lactose.

I don't want it to be too harsh. How about upping the black patent instead of adding the roasted barley?
