So I used a plate Chiller I bought a few years ago and like a true rookie I ran my wort through it without filtering the hops out. Since then I’ve baked it and ran countless gallons of water through it.

In preparation for a brew now I took it out for the first time and soaked it in isopropyl alcohol for a few hours and flushed it with 10 gal of water using my Chugger pump. I flushed both in and out and there are still small particles of hop coming out, yet the alcohol was very clear when I emptied the Chiller pre-flush. Am I safe to brew? Is my chiller a loss? Please help.
