I landed some new plastic 15.5 and 7 gal kegs for free. By some I mean more then 5 of each type. They are new used once or twice. I plan on using half of the 15.5 as fermenters.

The easiest way to do this, is to just get a bung and a blow off tube.... The cleaning will be the biggest pain and i'm not sure it can actually do it without specialized equipment (mirror and lights). So i'm considering cutting the bottom off.

I have several images below of the kegs and a converted metal keg i'm wanting to do something similar with.

I think the biggest issues is how to seal the whole for fermentation after I open it enough for cleaning. Possibly a 6" hole or wider. Any ideas?
