So looking for a little help. No experience with Marzen/Oktoberfest/leichtbier the IDEA was a 4 gallon batch as means for a starter for a 1st/2nd running for 8 gallon batch that would take a 2nd/3rd running for a 4-5 gallon batch

4 Gallon - Leichtbier
83.3% Pils 4.04#
16.7% Vienna .81#
1oz Saaz 3.7% - 60 min
wlp833

Id like to have a plan to split the yeast 60/40 to make
8 Gallon - Oktoberfest
4-5 Gallon - Misfit brew **need a recipe idea

What I will have on hand after the Leichtbier:

9lbs Best Pils
9.5lbs Best Vienna
3lbs Weyermann CaraMunich II 45L
*Also have a 10lbs bag of Dingemans Pale
* 10oz Chateau Special B
* 2oz Briess Special Roast
1oz Perle 8%AA
1oz Saaz 3.7%AA
1oz Motueka 8.2%AA
1oz Jarrylo 14.2%AA

In the way of yeast, my little bank has:

1st generation
wlp060, wlp380, wlp051, and wyeast1450

2nd/3rd generation
wlp351, wlp023, wlp515, wlp545, & wlp833

4th/5th gen
wlp300, wyeast3638, wyeast3068, wyeast1275

What, if any, other ingredients do/should I need?
