I just got a pinlock system and i hooked it up today for the first time to check for leaks. when i hook itup to the kegs i hear the co2 rushing in, then it slows but it doesn't stop. the kegs are empty. how long does it take for the pressure to equalize? when i pull the connectors of the kegs there are no leaks.

One way to check for leaking CO2 is to make up a small batch of star-san in a spray bottle. Hook the kegs up to gas, pressurize, and spray all the posts, lid, etc. and see if you see any bubbles. This is my routine with kegs, even if they are stated to "hold pressure".
