Does anyone have a recipe for a Pike Tandem clone? Being in Florida it is prohibitively expensive to have it shipped from Seattle so I would love to be able to brew it at home!

Their website has a lot of details to help:

OG (ORIGINAL GRAVITY): 1.064
ALCOHOL VOLUME: 7.00%
MALT VARIETIES: Pale, Crystal, Munich, Wheat, Roasted
HOP VARIETIES: Northern Brewer, Mount Hood
IBU (BITTER UNIT): 25
COLOR: Dark Chocolate
YEAST: Belgian ale

I loved this beer on my last trip to Seattle, and found the recipe in BYO (Mar/Apr 2010). They had a couple of 'bicycle' themed brews in that issue. I am going to brew this tomorrow morning! :D

I found this BYO recipe as well, and brewed it last month! It was fantastic! I made a few changes after talking to Pike's head brewer, and I also used organic ingredients. Let me know how yours turns out! I plan on brewing this again in a couple weeks.
