Good question.
Google "phosphoric acid shelf life" yields "answers" ranging from 2-3 years through 120 months to "indefinite if stored properly".
I suspect the ultimate answer would be based on the gas permeability of the container assuming no other contamination source...

Phosphoric Acid (when in solution) is stable and does not oxidize.
