So I started this to see if u can get it to the flavor I want
1 gallon jug
2-3lbs peaches maye a lil more
1/2 tsp energizer/nutrient
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
Topped off with simply lemonade
Used lavlin 1116
Stoppered it and stuffed in the brew closet. Plan Let it sit for 2-3 weeks or less if fermentation stops. Than rack over to a clean gallon jug(on more peaches if the flavor isn't there, top with lemonade and let sit till the end if January. Than add sorbate gold crash rack to fresh jug add sparkloid and let clear till end of Feb. Backsweeten to a good sweet level. Bottle and take to a wedding feb 1st.
Anyone have any tips, tricks, suggestions, comments? Really need this done and Drinkable by march 1st and the bride likes peaches and sweet wines.
