I have read up a lot on pasteurizing sparkling cider but have never done it. I have already done a fair share of forum searching but haven't found if anybody has tried this with home made root beer. The kid loves to make root beer and swmbo is running out of fridge space.
I'm curious if I cold crash the root beer in the bottles and then follow the stove top pasteurizing process on the top of this forum if I will get a shelf stableish soda or a sassafras infused glass bomb..
any body got any insight?????
