So iv'e made a few batches now and i started racking into these swing top 750ml bottles but i'm curious on how long i should pasteurize them? Trying to avoid bottle bombs. As a secondary question, does prolonged pasteurization change the taste of the cider? Don't want it coming out different then when it when in.
