partial mash with mulsin bag?

So I am about to brew an extract with a partial mash. I have a stainless steel bucket with a spigot that I have affixed insulation to the outside to make a makeshift mash tun. I do not have a manifold for it and I live kinda off the beaten path so going to the store to rig something up is not an option. My question is can I place the grains in a muslin bag (which I have) to mash?

I've done it many times with no issues, as long as the bag is large enough for the amount of grain

Well I did my brew. Muslin bag mash worked out perfect. Hit my OG dead on according to brewsmith. Thanks for the help!

The specialty grain? Not really. Your extract is already fermentable - the specialty grain just adds flavor, aroma, and color.
