Panel identification help...

I bought this a few years ago and am trying to get it set up and running. Any help would greatly appreciated. The elements turn on but on 110 plug works and the temperature aubers don’t power up.

Trace the power lines from the input to the PIDS.

Are switches working ok?

Do you have a multimeter with which to check the voltages and connectivity of wires and components?

Pictures of the inside would be most helpful.
