I have an Oud Bruin that has been fermenting in primary for about 6 months now, and everytime the pellicle or top of the beer is about to change I get a really humid carboy, and it starts to 'sweat'. Anyone know what this might be?

Either way when I see it I get excited because it is alive and evolving!:ban:

Are you having swings in the ambient temperature?

Not an incredible amount, maybe only 3-5 degrees depending on when my heating bill comes in.

If you glance around at some other pellicles you'll see moisture at the top of the carboys a lot of the times. Don't know why, I just know you probably don't need to worry about it.
