How much fresh orange peel would you add to get a nice orangey flavor? I'm brewing next weekend? And would you squeeze any of the orange in to the wort?

I use 3 oz of orange peel from my lhbs. Its the sweet kind not the bitter. Its for a summer citrus wheat beer we have been brewing this summer. 5 gallon batch. I couple it with lemon peel as well (2oz).
