Being a newbie, I have many trials and errors.
Whether its original labels still on home brew bottles, whether its too little/too much carbonation, whether its too sweet/too bitter, whether its exact grain bill or alternate, whether its "perfect" sanitation or small set backs, whether it be perfect original gravity or added sugar...
ITS JUST BEER! Get over it! It's like cooking steak, sometimes you don't make it so good and go back the next time and alternate your recipe or style of cooking. (hopefully its at least on a grill) (preferably wood fire). But don't ever give up. Brew again even if your not to the exact $1500 equipment set up the next guy has. You don't have to have it. You can brew good beer regardless. Please don't give up.
