Anyone have any experience with Southern Cross Hops? They are described as tropical and citrus with a bit of pine but my hop tea test isn't showing a ton of those characteristics. I've got a LB of them so looking for some ideas.

What styles have you used them in outside of an IPA?

That sounds tasty - I’ve got some First Gold hops that might blend well in that beer. Thanks.

Light lemon and light pine. Not great for single hop beer, but it blends well with others. First Gold and SC would make a good combo.

Our beer group did a single hop experiment on big brew day, I choose Southern Cross Hops and was quite pleased with it. The base beer was Two Brothers Prairie Path (American Blond Ale). Tropical and citrus with a bit of pine is what I got.
