Has anyone tested Nottingham yeast down to it's quoted lowest accptable temp?
It's a bit chilly here at the moment and my brew corner is down to a fairly stable 13c to 14c. The fermentation appears to be still going...just more slowly.
Does anyone have any experiences with this yeast this cold?
