Hello all from the New Guy,
I have a problem, flat bottles of honey lager. I just popped a cap on my new batch and boy does it taste great, but NO CARBINATION!.What can I do?
History;
Brewed, fermented/7 days, 2nd ferment/21 days, primed 3/4 cup dextrose, bottled. Let it sit in bottles and in dark for about 14 days @60 degrees. Moved to fridge@ 42 degrees. Been in fridge 6 days. Popped top, no fiz
Some body please HELP. Can I carbinate somehow or am I going to have to drink FLAT beer? (because I will still drink it.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
